Dave Matthews was a surprise guest at Woodland Park Seattle Zoo for the annual ZooTunes concert. Dave played a short solo set, and performed a duet of the song Angel from Montgomery with singer Brandi Carlile. The artist lineup, ticket info and all else for the the first Dave Matthews Band Caravan festival in Atlantic City (Bader Field), is now official. Dave Matthews Band Atlantic City Caravan at Bader Field has a maximum capacity of 75,000 people (per day) which makes the $195 three-day general admission fesival pass work to the masses. Atlantic City officials held a press conference last week and took questions from the media.
Tickets are now available via the Warehouse. Non-warehouse members can purchase tickets on March 25, 2011 via the official DMB Caravan website.
The lineup for Dave Matthews Band 2011 Caravan Atlantic City includes Dave Matthews Band headlining on the main stage, all three nights. Plus, an acoustic set from Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds, a special performance from Carter Beauford, a special performance from Stefan Lessard. Dave Matthews Band tickets go on sale tomorrow for the Madison Square Garden concerts on November 13, 2010 and November 14, 2010. This Amex ticket presale is exclusively for American Express Card Members. Tickets requests for the all Dave Matthews Band Fall/Winter 2010 tour dates can be made through the Warehouse lottery, which concludes on September 20, 2010.
Dave Matthews Band will open the NFL season by performing at the Superdome in New Orleans on September 9, 2010. This event is part the hour-long pre-game event which leads up to the NFL season opener between the reigning Superbowl Champion Saints and the Minnesota Vikings. The DMB performance is part of “NFL Opening Kickoff 2010 Presented by EA Sports” which will be televised live at 7:30 pm ET from New Orleans’ Jackson Square.
